Welcome Bob Hull, Inc (BHI) is a family owned utility contracting business located in Frankfort, Kansas and was established in 1979 by Robert and Carlene Hull. BHI works with many independent telephone companies in the state of Kansas. BHI also has done work in Missouri, Oklahoma, Iowa and Nebraska.

The mission of our company is to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, business associates and most of all, our customer.
